2. About Our Service
eSIMDiscount operates as an independent authorized reseller of eSIM data plans offered by Airalo and its global network partners.
While eSIMDiscount manages the sales process, the connectivity services themselves are provided and managed by Airalo under their infrastructure and network agreements.
When you purchase or activate an eSIM through our website, your information is securely shared with Airalo to enable provisioning and activation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use this website and purchase eSIM services. By using this site, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration
Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
5. Purchases and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment, you agree to their respective terms and policies.
6. eSIM Delivery and Activation
After purchase, eSIM activation instructions and a QR code will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or reused.
Coverage, data speed, and availability depend on the local carrier’s infrastructure and Airalo’s network partners.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, available at https://esimdiscount.store/refund-policy.
Generally, refunds are only available for unused, unactivated eSIMs.
8. Service Limitations
eSIMDiscount provides access to eSIM plans but does not own or operate the cellular networks.
As such, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, specific coverage quality, or network performance.
We are not responsible for losses arising from network failures, roaming restrictions, or device incompatibility.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, graphics, and software on this site are the property of eSIMDiscount or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any material from this site without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSIMDiscount shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or loss of revenue.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the eSIM plan in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
