At eSIMDiscount, we value your trust and satisfaction. While eSIM plans are digital products that cannot typically be refunded once activated, we offer a flexible Loyalty Credit Program to ensure a positive experience with every purchase.


2. Eligibility for Credits

You may qualify for loyalty credits if:

  • Your purchased eSIM could not be activated due to technical issues beyond your control.

  • You experience a failed QR delivery or duplicate charge.

  • A network partner confirms that the plan was not successfully provisioned.

Credits are applied to your eSIMDiscount account and can be used toward any future purchase on our site.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

Credits are not issued for:

  • eSIMs that have been installed, activated, or partially used

  • Issues resulting from incompatible devices or incorrect plan selection

  • Poor connectivity in regions outside the coverage area

  • Requests made after the plan expiration date


4. How to Request Review

If you believe your case qualifies, email support@esim.discount within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will verify the transaction with Airalo’s systems and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.


5. Loyalty Credit Details

  • Credits are issued in USD value equal to the plan purchase amount.

  • Credits never expire and are automatically applied at checkout.

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
